Oregano - also known as wild Dost - flavors dishes such as pizza, tomato dishes and Italian dishes. It also goes well with lamb, minced meat and other meat dishes as well as various vegetables and gives many dishes a Mediterranean flair. With a wildly spicy taste and tart spiciness, oregano has been a popular herb in Mediterranean cuisine for thousands of years.

Tip – Oregano is not very sensitive to heat. It can be added to the food early and then has time to develop its full aroma.
